Plate 230mm diameter with guilded design around the edge and a circlet of flowers. In the centre area is written "Withnell, Industrial Co-operative Society Limited". Beneath pictures of branches- top centre - Central Store, Office and Board Room Railway Road Brinscall. To left - Branch no 2 Withnell mill. To right - Branch No 3 School lane Brinscall. Bottom - branch no 1 Bolton road Abbey village. Written in scroll "Memento Of Society's Jubilee 1861 - 1911.
NOTE Two holes are in rim on back so that the plate may be hung.
